Vermont’s governor and Department of Liquor and Lottery announced on December 12, 2023 that mobile sports wagering would begin on January 11, 2024. Their release identified DraftKings, FanDuel and Fanatics Sportsbook as the operators selected through the state’s competitive process.
DraftKings issued its own launch announcement on January 10, 2024, describing plans to begin the following day. That company announcement and the earlier state release describe the same launch sequence. A sportsbook announcement does not establish a casino product
