Official documents date ClutchBet’s Colorado launch to April 26, 2023 and report all three US operations closed by September 16, 2024.
The Colorado launch was in April 2023
BlueBet’s Q4 FY2023 investor presentation states that ClutchBet went live in Colorado on April 26, 2023. The presentation was released on July 27, 2023. Those are separate dates: the first records the launch described by the company; the second dates the document used to verify it.
This independently reconstructed article preserves the original Colorado-debut URL. Its October 2026 publication date is not a claim that ClutchBet has just entered the state.
The later annual report changes the current context
The FY2025 annual report issued by betr, formerly BlueBet, says the company withdrew from the US to focus on Australia. It reports that all three ClutchBet operations in Iowa, Colorado and Louisiana had closed by September 16, 2024.
The historical launch and the subsequent exit should be read together. A launch report left without that later context could lead a reader to treat an old brand introduction as a current account-opening opportunity. This restored page makes no current welcome-offer, deposit or availability claim for ClutchBet.
Why the reporting dates matter
Investor materials can describe operational events that occurred before their publication. A quarterly presentation may confirm a launch retrospectively, while a later annual report can establish that the operation was subsequently discontinued. Keeping the event date and the source date separate makes that sequence auditable.
The same care applies to market-performance figures. A company’s US total is not automatically a Colorado-only total. Currency, period and geographic scope must be established before a number can be used to compare an operator with a state market. This article does not infer Colorado revenue or market share from the launch slide.

The conclusion supported by the two primary documents is a dated business sequence: a Colorado sportsbook launch in 2023 followed by the reported closure of the company’s US operations in 2024. That is useful industry history, rather than a current sportsbook recommendation.
