SPRIBE company profile: Aviator and the licensing record

An independently researched company profile, with the UK register distinguished from an outdated corporate licence badge.

Company background

SPRIBE develops casino games for operators. Its corporate timeline dates the company's foundation to August 2018 and the launch of Aviator to January 2019. The About page identifies David Natroshvili as managing partner. These are the company's own statements, checked on October 2, 2026, rather than findings from an interview conducted by Casino Education.

What the current UK record says

The Gambling Commission's register for Spribe OÜ, account 57302, lists its remote Gambling Software activity as Active. A Game Host (Casino) application or variation is separately marked Pending. The distinction matters: the register records specific activities, and an application is not an approved activity.

The Commission suspended the software licence on October 30, 2025, citing hosting requirements. Its notice was subsequently updated to state that the suspension was lifted on March 30, 2026. A separate June 12, 2026 decision records a warning following a review concerning operation without the appropriate licence between May 28, 2021 and October 30, 2025. The regulator says the business cooperated and took corrective steps.

A discrepancy readers can check

During our October 2 review, SPRIBE's About page still displayed a UK licence badge labelled suspended. That corporate badge and the regulator's active software entry do not show the same status. We use the regulator's current activity listing for this account and retain the dated enforcement notices as historical context. This does not turn a pending hosting activity into an active one or erase the warning.

Implications for a US reader

A UK software entry cannot establish that an operator accepts customers legally in a particular US state. Check the operator, domain and product against the relevant local authority. The game supplier and the business holding a player's account have different roles. Brand familiarity does not answer who handles withdrawals, complaints or account restrictions.

Scope of this profile

This profile reviews corporate and regulatory documents. It does not claim firsthand game testing, an interview, an endorsement or a relationship with SPRIBE. We link to the corporate timeline, live register and dated regulatory decisions so readers can inspect each part of the record.
